Double Crochet Heart Scarf

This scarf is a combination and variation of many patterns I have seen over the years.

Instructions for Double Crochet Heart Scarf

SKILL LEVEL: Easy

SIZE: One Size

CORRECTIONS: none

MATERIALS:

  •  Bernat Satin Yarn, 2 skeins (I used Bordeaux)
  • Crochet Hook, size F-5 (3.75mm) or size needed for gauge
  • Yarn Needle

GAUGE:

  • 4" = 24 DC and 6 rows

NOTES:

  • I personally prefer to ch 2 at the beginning of every row.
  • 6-8 completed pattern repeats (6-8 hearts), will make HALF of the scarf.  Then the pattern turns upside down so that the hearts are rightside up on both ends of the piece.
  • Border is a simple scallop pattern.  SC around the edge of the scarf would yield simple results that would finish the edges nicely as well.
